Send the form below. We call you within one business day for 20 minutes to agree the scope.
Read-only consent
Your admin runs one script that registers a read-only app in your Entra ID. You can delete it at any time.
Analysis
We collect the metadata and a senior engineer reviews every finding - 5-10 business days.
Report and readout
You receive the report, the roadmap and the data, and we walk you through it in 60 minutes.
Price
One fixed price: 1,250 EUR
The same price for every tenant size. Invoiced only after the readout. Prices exclude VAT.
Credited in full if you continue with us. Sign up for SharePoint Admin as a Service within 30 days and the whole Health Check fee is deducted from your first months.

What your security team will ask
What access do you need?
A read-only application registered in your own Entra ID, approved by one admin consent. It reads configuration and metadata - sites, permissions, sharing links, sizes, settings and app registrations. It does not open or download your documents, and you can delete it the moment we are done.
Where does the data go?
The collected metadata is processed on our infrastructure in the EU and used only for your report. We sign your NDA if you have one.
Do we have to buy anything afterwards?
No. The report and the roadmap are yours to act on with your own team or anyone else. If you want us to do the work, the fee is credited against SharePoint Admin as a Service.
What about SharePoint Server?
Hybrid and on-premises farms are checked too, with a collection script run by your administrator instead of an app consent. We confirm the scope on the call.
