Managed service · fixed monthly fee

SharePoint Admin as a Service

A senior SharePoint administrator for your tenant - without the headcount.

Fixed monthly scope, a named engineer and everything that keeps SharePoint Online healthy - governance, support and monitoring. For companies too big to have nobody in charge of SharePoint, and too small to hire for it.

What's included

One fixed monthly scope - everything included

No hourly billing and no tickets that wait for a quote. Whatever your tenant size, the scope is the same.

01

Tenant administration

Settings, sharing policy, storage and lifecycle - kept in order as Microsoft changes the platform underneath you.

02

Permissions and access reviews

Regular reviews of who can reach what, external sharing under control, and a clean audit trail for when someone asks.

03

Site provisioning

New sites, Teams and libraries set up the same way every time - with owners, permissions and a lifecycle.

04

Support L1-L3 with real SLAs

From user requests to engineering fixes in solution code, in English and Czech, with agreed response times.

05

Proactive monitoring

Beyond uptime: did last night's sync land, is the job queue draining, does a certificate expire next week.

06

Advisory before you build

Honest guidance on what to change, what to leave alone, and when a flow deserves a real service.

Who it's for

Too big to have nobody in charge of SharePoint. Too small to hire for it.

Nobody owns SharePoint

It grew with the company, everyone uses it and nobody looks after it - until something breaks or an auditor asks.

Your admin left

Knowledge walked out of the door with one person. You need someone who takes over quickly and writes it down.

Regulated and audited

Investment services, pharma, manufacturing: access reviews, evidence and change control are part of the job, not an extra.

How it works

From first question to a named admin in about two weeks

1

See your indicative price

Answer six questions about your tenant. The monthly range appears on screen and the written offer arrives in your inbox.

2

A short scoping call

We confirm the scope together in 30 minutes. You then receive the final, binding quote - fixed monthly.

3

Your admin starts

A named senior engineer takes over your tenant, with monitoring live from day one.

Price

Priced by your tenant, not by the hour

One fixed monthly fee set by five things about your tenant - no hourly billing. For the smallest tenants it starts at around 1,000 EUR a month. Six questions in the calculator give you your own range in one minute.

Where SharePoint runs

SharePoint Online only · Hybrid (online + on-premises) · On-premises, planning the move

Sites in active use

Up to 20 active sites · 21 - 100 active sites · More than 100 active sites

What was built on top

Out-of-the-box only · Power Apps / Power Automate · SPFx or custom code · Legacy (InfoPath, classic workflows)

Support model

Always included

Governance & lifecycle · Permissions & access reviews · Site provisioning · User requests & support · Proactive monitoring · Advisory & roadmap - whatever the tenant size.

Not sure yet? Start with the SharePoint Health Check for 1,250 EUR. You see where your tenant stands within two weeks, and the fee is credited in full if you sign up for the service within 30 days.

Questions

Before you ask

Who will look after our tenant?

A named senior engineer who learns your tenant and stays with it - not a rotating helpdesk. Support works in English and Czech.

What if we are not fully on SharePoint Online?

Hybrid estates and on-premises farms with a planned move are covered too; the environment is one of the questions in the price calculator.

What about the systems around SharePoint?

The .NET services, integrations and workflow applications next to your tenant can run under the same regime - see managed services.

Are we locked in?

No long-term lock-in. The fixed monthly scope is confirmed in the binding quote after the scoping call.

Stop worrying about who's watching SharePoint.
